They were very nice and gave excellent directions.
I had a very enjoyable experience at the PMC sleep lab. The technician was very well qualified and put me at ease, when I mentioned that I was not certain that I could sleep long enough for a good test. I did fall asleep and how the results are meaningful.
I was unsure what to expect but my sleep tech put me at ease and explained the entire procedure and made me feel like I was with family. 10/10 would recommend to others! Jamie deserves a raise!
Holly is the exception. She is energetic, always has a smile and listens to all you have to say. She explains in detail and responds with easy to understand directions.
Smooth, efficient, and very considerate of not everyone being tech savvy. Also provided good written support material
