I am a new patient, and I called in to schedule my ER follow‑up appointment. After giving all of my information, I was placed on hold for 20 minutes while Amanda handled five other appointments as she said. If she knew she was busy, a more professional approach would have been to take my number and call me back. This may have been the only time I had available to make my appointment.
