They care more about money and time than they do about the animals. Our dog was injured and in pain. We called them, and they said there was no way they could possibly work her in that night, but we should call in the morning. We called in the morning, and they told us they wouldn't be able to work her in. What are you supposed to do in that scenario? We had to take her to an unfamiliar vet. We have received wonderful care and compassion. We love all the employees and the kindness that was shown. Very kind, experienced, competent and easy to work with. I will always take my animals here where they are treated like family.
We are established clients and LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr Hinkle; however, the front desk staff are the absolute worst I have ever encountered. ZERO customer service skills and ZERO empathy. I have put up with them only because I like Dr Hinkle so much. Not once have I called with a sick animal that needs to be seen and been able to get in. In my 25 yrs of dealing with vets I have NEVER encountered an office that can't see a sick animal same day or next day at the latest. I always trust my animals in the care of Dr. Kapoor and his staff. I have found the Doctors and staff to be knowledgable and friendly. The price are current with other clinics.
