Today was my first visit for an eye exam at Pine vision care with Dr Cait. She was very friendly, down to earth, honest, patience and caring. The exam was very thorough, and I was not rushed at all. I like the idea that I did not have to get my eyes dilated for the exam because I chose retinal screening. Also Abby was very helpful in selecting the right frame for my prescription. Wish I would have gone somewhere else. The space itself is pretty small and while the receptionist was very friendly the other account person and the doctor where not. I arrived to my appointment ten minutes late but called ahead and the receptionist told me it was ok. When I arrived the other account person (she never stated her name or her position) was clearly annoyed and yelled at me for not completing required paperwork. The best experience I have ever had with an optometry office. My first visit was out of convenience due to the location, but I will now go out of my way to come here.
Updating 6/5/26 Dr. Cait and the staff are fantastic as always. I’m happy my eyes are healthy, but this is one practice I wouldn’t mind visiting more than once a year. Questions are still encouraged and answered with empathy. Time and care is taken in explaining every step. Pine Vision Care is exactly what I want from a neighborhood medical visit.
