Excellent vet and amazing care!
i brought my cat there because she was getting thin....they charged me for a blood test they never did....plus they told me she had a uti....which they gave me medicine for....2 days later i had to bring her back and they told me i could leave her there unti Monday......4 hours after dropping her off i was called and told she was unresponsive.....i had to put her to sleep because they misdiagnosed her
The front staff are too too rude
Wondering if staff changed. The last time we took our dog there was new vet we’d never seen and new tech we’d never seen. No explanation of that and they hurt him very badly during exam in another room where they closed the door where I couldn’t see. He cried out loudly in pain but they never explained why. He was in pain day and night for a week. I told them on the phone what happened and that we were very unhappy. After 9 years of using that clinic ( not that vet) I thought they would have given more consideration.
My service dog Soey became quite ill. Everyone at Pine Street went above and beyond to get her home again!! She had to stay with her new friends for almost week. I was allowed to visit her anytime, walk her, feed her.....that meant so much. She’s safe at home now and we couldn’t be more grateful!!
I took my dog there today because our usual vet is closed on Thursdays and my dog had a potentially broken leg. They got us right in and treated me and my dog extremely well. I was anxious regarding my dogs injury and taking him to a vet I had never been to before, but everyone was so nice and sweet to my dog and it put my mind at ease. Clean facility and they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg like most vets do for emergency care. Would definitely recommend!
Awesome Animal Clinic! Very nice clean clinic! Great, friendly, caring employees. We feel our kitty was well taken care of. We are so glad they are open on Saturday we had an emergency visit and they took us right in. Very grateful for this. Thank you Pine Street Animal Clinic!!! :)
