My rabbit was very sick, they got him in the day I called. The staff is so great. Chasity the vet assistant was so good with my rabbit, she was very patient, and friendly . They got him everything he needed and called to check up on him.
We’ve found a new vet clinic!! I feel so silly spending thousands of dollars at the vet I was using before our visit at Pine Street! From the time we walked in until we left everyone we encountered was genuinely concerned about our baby girl. They told us everything they were going to do and why. I’m thrilled that we found them and are blown away at the difference in how we were treated!
Although the vet is always nice and very caring and great at taking care of my two dogs some of the people at the front (your first impression) are a little on the rude side.
My pets have always gone there. I love the care they get. They go above and beyond what is required!
