the staff were incredibly friendly. they were highly accommodating even in these uncertain times. I took ownership of a cat that was dumped in my yard in poor condition and they were able to get him in next day and fixed him up perfectly! other vets wanted me to wait weeks which was unacceptable for a kitty in his condition. everyone was sweet and patient with me [I called many times because I'm THAT pet mom]. Very thankful for the staff at Pine Street Animal clinic. My pup, Knuckles, needed an urgent procedure during this trying time. He was able to be seen same day when I called and his surgery scheduled for later in the week. I was comforted by Dr. Patel when given the news that my boy tested heart work positive and another young man walked me through the expectations of Knuckles receiving the heart worm treatment once he’s revived from his surgery. I had the best experience today with the doctors and staff. My daughter’s hamster was having heavy breathing and wasn’t eating or drinking when we got up this morning. I called and got an appointment same day. They treated the little guy like he was the most important patient there, even with all of this coronavirus pandemic going on. They were so careful, attentive and friendly. It might seem small to everyone else, but this meant the world to my daughter.
