I took my little male dog in on March 23, 2017 at 4:30pm. He was foaming at the mouth, lethargic with white gums and cold to touch. The girls took him back right away, but while I was pacing the floor waiting to go back, the front desk girl that was taking the phone calls was very aggravated. Took my Bailee there yesterday for the first time. While it wasn't an emergency, per se, she did need to be seen sooner rather than later. The folks @ Pine Ridge were able to see her within an hour. Once I arrived at the clinic, wait time to go back to the exam room was minimal & Dr. Forrest was awesome. This is the sister clinic of our normal vet & I absolutely would not hesitate to take any of my babies there, or use them as a primary vet if we weren't already established elsewhere. Just wanted to give you guys a public shout out. I sent my friends over there as they were in need of immediate care for their little boston terrier. They ended up having to let her cross over the rainbow bridge and obviously are devastated by the whole thing. I am a vet tech at one of the local veterinary ER's and unfortunately it was after hours for my clinic so I sent them to you because you were right down the street from their house. Treated my Minnie like their own! Made me feel very comfortable and walked me through everything. Always greeted upon entering and Minnie always gets treats. Very pleased that I found them and I am very thankful for Dr. Grey and her staff. Thank you ALL!
They staff is so sweet and loving towards our Guinea pig, Luna, they treated her well and with proper and expert care during her check ups. Luna sadly passed away recently and Pine Ridge Pet Clinic sent a card with the whole staff writing small condolences. It made my heart swell with warmth and peace because it has been hard lately. Over all a wonderful place to bring your pets little to big, young to old. Staff is loving and so so kind and helpful.
The Staff and Doctors are top notch. Our little girl Dahlia loves them all and is excited to visit the clinic; when she needs to be seen. Very knowledgable, caring and professional Staff..........Thank you Love, Dahlia
Excellent. Been taking my cat since I got her as a baby 3 years ago. Wonderful doctors, very concerned and always helpful. I feel my "baby" is well taken care of.
