LOVE LIVING HERE! Love the management team, and all of the amenities. Can’t imagine living anywhere else.
Best apartments I have lived in Michigan. Very quiet neighborhood. Very close to Rochester downtown, shopping, restaurants and activities. Rates are reasonable and would recommend everyone to try this apartment.

Verified Renter I have lived at Pine Ridge for two years and just renewed my lease for another year. The office staff is responsive and handles requests quickly. Can't say enough about the great maintenance staff. My hot water tank ruptured on a Friday at 4:30, flooding the bedroom, hallway, and storage closet. They were at my home in less than ten minutes and within two hours, the new tank was installed, I had hot water and the carpet company had extracted the water and left 3 blowers to dry everything out. Verified Renter Great place to live, have been there for 2 years and I have had no issues at all. Green areas are always clean and well-maintained, the surroundings are peaceful and safe, and maintenance service is excellent. The price is a little up but 100% worth it.

Verified Renter Pine Ridge is near to schools, churches, stores, gas stations, it has well maintained grounds, grassy areas where families can gather or where kids play, pets are allowed, their maintenance staff are quick to address problems and resolve it right away, snow is cleared during winter months, has nice swimming pool and gym.
