Been here 12 years, love it. Very quiet and comfortable!! Nice community!
Believe the reviews The kitchens are very small, so if you enjoy cooking, this place isn’t for you. Edit* the upstairs area of the apartments only has 1 A/C vent, and this makes regulating the temperature upstairs very difficult. Extremely hot in the summer, which can affect your electricity bill. New management is wonderful, and this design flaw has nothing to do with them. It's out of their control. Additionally, if you need to drive during school pickup or drop-off, the school across the street can make things difficult.
