This place was infested with mice. The exterminator did not do their job properly. I had to use my own traps and kill them. Hopefully I don’t see any more mice. They should also have security cameras all around the building
I have lived at Pine Manor since 2021. Overall I have had a good experience, especially with the staff. Maintenance is always kind and helpful. The office staff has always been very accommodating in my experience. My only pits are, because it’s an older building it is a bit noisy. A lot of the residents slam doors and aren’t very mindful of how the sound travels from their apartment and the hallways. The hallways themselves could be kept up better. Maintenance went into the wrong apartment (mine), left the place a mess & smelling awful, and broke something that didn't need to be fixed in the first place. Then it took them over a week to fix it. Also my car was stolen last year and they didn't have a security camera in the parking lot. When I asked if there was a camera they said they had been considering it.
