I always want records of my dental visits, so I asked them for an invoice. Instead of giving me one right away, they kept making excuses for why they couldn't give me one, and didn't end up giving me one for weeks. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. This is by far the worst dentist I've ever seen.
