Great facilities with updated equipment and plenty of options. Been a member for a long time and don’t plan on leaving.

I love that they have all the classes and tanning beds; however...not all the bulbs are even working and there are machines that are broken to the point that they cause a danger. I mentioned it to the front desk over a month ago and the pedal on the machine is still broken, which isn't safe. One slip of a foot or a shoelace getting stuck on a cross trainer and someone will have a broken ankle or worse. Otherwise, it's a pretty great place and everyone has been very friendly.

I would give this gym 4.5 stars. I have been to many gyms in the Syracuse area through the years, and this is a good one. There are many different choices in equipment, lots of kettle bells, there is a track, ropes, and awesome classes. The one down-side is that the equipment is old. The free weights are fine, but all the weight machines and treadmills Are old and should be updated. Whenever I am on certain treadmills, I get shocked by static on handles as I am running!
