I've been a member for years now and had always loved it, and used to recommend it to everybody. Despite being one of few places with a basketball court, you can't play basketball anymore. They have a slab of turf in the center of the court they use for group classes that they don't move and don't allow anybody else to move, even though it was promised it would be moved after classes. Good gym, caters to a lot of younger people. Need to do a better job of keeping the gym area clean. Users are pretty lazy, and nobody keeps an eye on it. Free weight area could use an update, evident most of the $ there is spent on classes and mock CrossFit area. Decent space to lift.
I went in to purchase a golf membership. About to give them over $1000 -between the membership and seasonal cart fee, and no one could help me. After making me wait 15 minutes, the front desk turned me away, and told me to call back on Monday. Bad business move. The majority of people play golf on the weekends, and should not be turned away when trying to give the club money. We went to nerf wars for the first time. My son Alex had a blast!! Very organized and the people were super nice!Loved it will definitely be back
The weight room and stuff is all great but the biggest controversy is that they've basically eliminated the basketball court from being one of the facilities' features all because the staff refuses to roll up a slab of turf that is used when group classes take over the court. So the people (like me) who considered the basketball court a big factor in joining this gym are now simply overpaying since that's no longer a feature.
