Great place to work out everything you could ask for. The staff is really friendly. The only thing it needs is a face lift. Fresh bright paint would do wonders for the atmosphere. A little dark and gloomy in there.
Recommendedgreat gym lots of diverse equipment indoor running track sauna plus basketball court of which there are very few around here. Lots of Fitness in CrossFit groups if that's what you're into I just cancelled my Aspen membership to come here I have to say it's much better than Aspen as it's a very roomy and I never have to wait for equipment. Don't play golf however the bar on the golf course is a great weekend spot also. Also very friendly staff highly recommend this place.
Amazing Gym. Everyone is friendly and it’s a good environment to really get some great work done . I love it.
