I just moved in today my apartment is horrible nothing is renovated and I'm just supposed to accept it...Then they tell me I can get my money back in 2 weeks I don't have 2 weeks they have all my money...I have pictures and vids of this renovated unit... I'm definitely not falling for it I need my money back!!!
My family and I moved here nearly 3 months ago. Since we’ve moved in they’ve renovated hallways completely from painting,flooring,lighting etc cleaning out apartments, built a 24/7 laundromat & opened the pool. Maintenance can get a little backed up BUT they always seem to get it done in a timely matter. Every building is secured by personal pin #s only given to the residents within the building. Time to update my review. New property owners and since they've taken over I've seen big positive changes. I've been here since 2018 and I've seen alot of managers come and go but never no major improvement. They've updated most of the Hallways removed the old carpet and put better lights in the Hallways. All the broken windows replaced. As people move out they're upgrading apartments and taking out the carpet and putting in flooring. They're putting better lights over the buildings. Absolutely love April she's so sweet and helpful and the apartment complex is so neat and clean most definitely would recommend living here
I highly recommend this apartment the property manager a wonderful person she helped me with all my questions if I was able to give more stars I would
