The new management team has done more for me in three months than the previous regime did in three years. I had a condensation leak that flooded the hallway that has been a multi year problem. Carlo diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. The leak created a black mold problem. Carlo and Sean cut out and replaced drywall and installed a new bathroom vanity and sink. I was almost ready to give up on pine glen until the new owners came to the rescue. I am so glad we now have owners, management and maintenance that actually care and are making some changes so I will continue to be patient with the process. I know everything can’t happen overnight but I definitely can tell the difference already. Adam is great!
My last review was 9 months ago. Since that review Orloff Property Management has taken over. As with any Property you buy it takes money to do repairs. So far after living here since about 2017 Orloff Property is trying to improve things. I've also noticed that the leasing agent Martin seems much nicer. I can understand the stress he was probably under with us tenants complaining about things he had no control over. Cannot wait til my lease is up. I was homeless for 10 months before these apts finally gave me a chance which I am grateful for but they put me in a paper mached apt. My neighbor lets cats pee all over so I come home to piss and cigarettes smell and I do neither. Lets not forget the swat teams and police are here everyday. Shootings . If this is low income the majority of residents are women and children. Sad apts cant wait to leave.
Drive by shooting every other night at this point. About at the point of suing for habitability. Has gotten worse over last few months
