Realtor that showed me these was really nice. These are listed on the arhomesandrentals.com and RLAinvestments websites as being "housing/section 8 accepted" but she told me they were not. These have a lot of potential to be quite nice but, there's a lot wrong with them. Knobs missing off of doors [closets and doors], electrical port coverings, paint, tile redos, fridge in one unit was GROSS, pieces of the bathroom mirror chipped off around the edges.
