Verified Renter Staff and maintenance techs are super nice and kind. Moved in with no issues and no hassle about anything. Had a issue with our fridge but maintenance team fixed it within the hour
Wonderful Management and Apartment I have lived here for 2 years and absolutely love it here. Maintenance is on top of everything. Grounds are well kept. Hallways and common areas are always clean. Emma at the office is so kind and always helpful to everyone. I enjoy going to the office to speak with the team there. Everyone is so friendly
Sweet staff, lovely community Absolutely love this place. Staff is super sweet and helpful: I'm treated as family. Service and room repairs are dealt with immediately. Pool is great as well! Definitely recommend. Since day one, I look forward to going to the front office. The surrounding community is super great too, everyone's a big family here. - Jonathan
Poor maintenance management My apartment was flooded this past week. I had privous leaks that I had complained about to management for months prior. The roof was never repaired after each complaint. Management knew they had bad seals that were leaking through the year but did not choose to repair them. My personal property was damaged. I was told I needed to move out by the weekend- they choose not to help with my and my children’s displacement. Wonderful Apartment Started here for one year and never had a problem. Wonderful staff, always prompt, and very nice. Reasonably clean apartment for the price. Would live here again if I needed an apartment again.
