I have been dealing with many health issues for over two years now. Doctors refused to see me telling me there was nothing wrong with me. Dr. Wilson stepped up and made these doctors see the urgency of my condition. Dr. Wilson wasn't like all the other doctors who just blew me off. He really cares about his patients and will do everything he can to help them. I will continue to tell all my friends, family and anyone who asks that Dr. Wilson at Pine Creek Vision Clinic is amazing.
I've been Dr. Wilson's patient for many years and I have followed him from previous practices to his current practice, Pine Creek Vision Clinic. I think he and his staff are great. I've never had an unfavorable experience with anyone or anything there.
This was my second time at this clinic. My first visit a few years ago was just fine, but this will be my last. They first ordered one set of lenses, which were unusable. The second set was also unusable, because of a different issue. Also, the front office staff seemed unable to decide whether I had a balance due, or how much. I am very displeased with the care I received here. I'm sticking with my old lenses until next year, when I'll get them replaced by a different optometrist.
