The staff is extremely friendly and compassionate. My cat spent the weekend at the emergency vet, and needed a follow up appointment. Even with a full schedule they made sure to get her in and checked out. Dr Brown personally called me and asked about my concerns. He gave us a treatment and follow up plan. I left feeling like everyone cared about her health.
Excellent veterinarian! Wouldn't trust my dog with anyone else. The whole staff shows a genuine love for animals and are completely honest with their business dealings. They won't recommend unnecessary services and always provide very detailed itemized invoices for all services rendered. Highly recommend!
Got my new puppy in right away for a uti..everyone from the receptionist to the doctor were very caring and made Penny their priority!
Pine Cone Pet Hospital is not only an amazing veterinary clinic with exceptional veterinarians and staff, they also do a lot for local animals in need. The animals at Tri-County Humane Society benefit regularly from their generosity as they sponsor both the Woofstock 5k Companion Walk and Wine, Kibbles & Bids fundraising events with in-kind veterinary services throught the year. From our Rosie's first puppy exam to her last day with us (about a month ago), the staff treated Rosie and us with love and compassion. The staff was always there Rosie and our family.
Had Pine Cone recommended when our Pug Killebrew was a new pup. They've been friendly and totally professional in all ways in the almost 2 years since. From Mani-pedi's to ear and eye infections to neutering. Highly recommend Pine Cone to all pet owners to whom the pet is more like a member of the family.
