They are excellent with our yorkie Lexi and cat Billybob. They’ve brought them both through life saving events. All of the staff are beyond friendly and we’re so thankful for them.

Dr Coffman and Dr Crocker have both had to come in at odd hours to check Cody out. I love this vet and the entire staff! They go above and beyond to make sure your fur baby is taken care of! Would recommend them to anyone!

I would give them a 10 if I could! Dr Crocker and staff were so compassionate in caring for our dog Bonni suffering from a terrible venomous snake bite. And we were an emergency walk-in, not a client, but it didnt matter! We appreciated the phone call updates that kept us informed of her condtion throughout the day. They sincerely care about our pets and understand they mean the world to us.♥️🐾
The ladies at pine city vet have been so good and so sweet the past few weeks. I really appreciate them for taking care of my fur baby. Definitely don’t hesitate to take your fur baby there.
I have been using this wonderful group for years and they are loving, caring, and will go that extra mile to do whatever it takes to make life better for your pets. They aren't just attentive to your pets but they minister to the owner as well making sure you understand what they are doing and why. They are wonderful when you have to make those decisions that are very hard. And I have always been able to reach them when I needed them! Pine City Rocks!!
It is Sunday night, and Dr. Crocker was amazing with my dog today. Casey the collie was injured this morning, so I called the on-call site and Dr. C called me back immediately. We determined that although his condition was serious, it wasn’t life threatening, so she gave me some suggestions to try first. Since this was a weekend, with a higher bill, I appreciated having some options. It was soon obvious that he needed treatment, so Dr. C met me at the office. She is so kind and caring, but mostly she is a great vet!
