2018 Nissan Murano ****** Mi. has been to dealer three times for water leaks into vehicle first time no charge second ***** $214.50 third time $1861.53 I see this as a factory defect and full refund is needed .To take advantage of women over 65 Yrs should be a chrime service advisor last said water leaks are NOT COVERED We now have a car with ****** Mi and NO TRUSTING PLACE FOR REPAIRS NEXT STEP BBB Thank You

We apologize that the Murano is not meeting your expectations, water leaks caused by environmental debris are not covered by any warranty unfortunately. I do see that your last visit with ** was in November 2022 where your sunroof track failed. Since you were out of warranty, we contacted the factory on your be-half. Fortunately they provided goodwill so you wouldn't be responsible for the whole repair. Warning! This dealership is lying when they say they dont have an adjusted market price and are not charging above MSRP!! I called this dealership and they claimed "we NEVER charge above MSRP." the representative even wrote me an email that stated they never charge above MSRP and the only other fees are $395 documentation fee, registration, and taxes. Least several cars from this dealership recently I went back to lease another one we communicated by phone I was told they can't get to where I want to be Price wise. I asked them even though I'm a loyal customer you still can't get there I was told no.
