Business did a bait and switch on a vehicle Went to purchase a 2024 Nissan frontier. *** with the salesperson only for the finance manager said the vehicle was not for sale. Did to push a 2025 Nissan frontier In its place Stay away from this business. They lost a customer for life.

I bought a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica with ******* miles on it. The check engine light came on before I got home. I live five hours away. I contacted Pine Belt and told them what had happened. They told me to take it to a local dealership, get it fixed, and they would pay for it according to the warranty I had purchased. I did as they said. The warranty company refused to pay for it. Went to pinebelt nissan and was conned into some kind of 10 yr warramty.. for $4000.00 was not told optional nor price and was led to believe this was actually the current warranty on vehicle not some thing I'd be charged for. . I'm a 68 yr old disabled woman with brain function issues. and was rushed and conned into this vehicle.. He even insisted I take vehicle immediatley DIDNT EVEN WANT MY DEPOSIT JUST TOLD ME HE WOULD SEND **** and drove it to my house even though I asked to wait so I could think and go over papers. . PINE BELT NISSAN SELLS *******. I bought a car (NISSAN ROGUE)2018 with ***** on it since day 1 i have had nothing but issues. Its been in the shop literally 5 times for the same same issue. Negative 500 rating if possible. Bought new 2021 nissan sentra. Car was recalled due to faulty inner tie rod. Brought it in and informed not inner tie rod but entire steering rack with **** repair estimate. Local mechanic claimed only inner tie rod. He actually spoke with dealership when trying to order part. Technician insisted not tie rod, needs steering rack. Found out inner tie rod part has been on back order for months. My fiance and I purchased a 2020 Nissan Parhfinder. We wanted a different pathfinder but the car salesman, ***********************, pushed us into this car. He promised us new tires, new brakes, and the car would be detailed and cleaned prior to picking up.
