I'm sitting here really hoping I canchange this 2, to a 5... bought a car on Saturday the 10th of March, on Monday the 12th I reported at humm and vibration in the front right tire, could be a wheel barring, I was told to bring it in today was 14 march... sooo I did.. now I'm being told what's wrong with this car might not be covered.... I bought a car acouple months ago from there. Had to cancel the deal after car sat in the shop for the first two weeks. Just found out acouple weeks ago they never canceled deal with the bank. Keep getting calls and bills in the mail about making payment. Had to contact bank to find out what was going on and tell them we canceled the deal. My brother has even gotten crap cars from here. Don't do it save the hassle and go to the dealer down the road like we always have and should have done in the first place.
Polite and attentive personal. Great waiting room with TV, coffee, and eats. A fair price and good service.

I unfortunately purchased a certified pre owned Cadillac CTS from this facility. Within 48 hours my battery was completely dead. I called pinebelt Cadillac to get a new battery I was told a pathetic excuse as to why they would not replace my battery. I was involved with a fender bender in the front end which they said affected the battery located in the trunk!!
