Scam Salesman at Pine Belt Nissan of Toms River!- Don't send your love ones here. They will rip them off. My 91 year old **** was scammed into trading in her lease early. They fast talked her and had her sign papers and pay another $4600 and she had no idea what they were doing. Someone told her she had to turn her lease in and she was scared. I only give 2 stars because MOST of the service advisors are wonderful to deal with. Unfortunately, I purchased my car here Nov 2021 thinking it was a great deal and exactly what I needed. Just to find out it was traded in with known transmission issues (I received all car records from day of sale to when my transmission was fixed in Dec 2021). Everyone be careful of this dealer! Its 2020 & used cars are wanted. my father is 91 years old and bought his car there. He is unable to drive for health reasons so I called to see of they were in need of a 2019 **** mile ********, **** miles only. They were immediately fixated on what he owed instead of what ***** blue book said it was worth. The car is worth ***** & wouldn't budge from ****. So everyone knows they tried to ROB an elderly man of his possessions!

This is the worst car dealership I have ever had the displeasure of knowing. I've never met a sales person (and I had to talk to many) who was nice. I stood waiting for 10 minutes while one sales person talked to their friend on their cellphone (I could hear the whole convo) and it was the only sales person I could speak to about my issue, which was literally just to sign one thing.
