They are scammers! When I pushed back, instead of owning their dishonesty, the saleswoman, Ashley!, had the audacity to blame ME and act like I was being “unreasonable.” Excuse me? I've got a Chrysler Pacifica that I love but was stalling at stops. Took to Pinckney Chrysler for a accessory battery and Dale, and the manager showed me a few tricks that were simple to fix the problem myself, and informed me I could save myself the expense!! That is something I have not heard from a repair shop but was so refreshing!! We have stuck with this dealership for years and have gotten good service, but this time was above & beyond!! Thanks so much Dale and repair manager! Guys like you two bring people back!!
