Service has been great… it’s too bad they don’t honor Mopar’s deals. I’d recommend shopping around your trade before buying a car here. Last 5 vehicles we’ve purchased Pinckney has offered the lowest trade value each time.
My car is almost 13 years old & I will turn 370K miles within the next week. My car stalled when I was at low speed twice in the past few weeks. I thought it could be because I am recovering from a knee replacement in late July. I took in for a checkup. Pinckney Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is the definition of BAIT AND SWITCH. They lure you in with one deal, then try to change the terms. They said one thing and next the price went up by THOUSANDS! They are scammers! When I pushed back, instead of owning their dishonesty, the saleswoman, Ashley!, had the audacity to blame ME and act like I was being “unreasonable.” Excuse me?
