Beware to future buyers: This dealership is not honest about the price. They tried to charge me a $995 ‘Reconditioning’ fee. I went to view a used car with the sales rep Zach. Zach was helpful, knowledgeable and communicative, I did not have an issue with him. I did find a rusted screwdriver in an obvious place under the hood, indicating to me they did not do a thorough job while inspecting the car. I could not be happier with our time at CDJR. I worked with Zach and Jammie on a trade in, swapped my Gladiator for a new Ram. I told them where I wanted to be trade in value and payment wise, and they presented me with three different trucks and several options to make it happen. They were up front, honest, and easy to work with. I have never had an easier car buying experience or worked with a team with this much knowledge and integrity.
My experience with Sean Murphy the service manager has been excellent. Great personality, professional, and takes time to explain the process of what needs to be done to fix my vehicle's issues. Highly recommended for any and all vehicle services.
