The team was quick and efficient in determining my chemical pool needs. They were also prompt in repairing/rebuilding my Polaris vacuum.

If you're looking for timely, honest service, this is the pool store for which you are looking. Latest example: My aging Polaris 280 stopped working yesterday (and not for the first time). Gretchen was able to get the problem diagnosed remotely after I texted her a photo of the broken part. I showed up shortly before closing, and Conner helpfully make the repair, which was not simple, on the spot and at a remarkably low cost. We pass 2 pool stores when going to the Bradfordville pinch-a- penny pool store; and I’m not even counting the hardware store, 2 grocery stores, and a big box store that sells pool chems for a competitive price. These nice folks are always on point when something is off with our system and they always get us into pool party mode quickly.
