It doesn't matter whether you need a little help or a lot, Pinch A Penny are ready to assist. Staff always offer a top notch service. We recently had a complete pool remodel done, including new coping, tile, new pool lights and surface upgrade. Brian and his team were very professional, kept the job site clean and tidy, and finished right on schedule. Brian was there to guide us right from the designing stage to fill up day. He was on top of everything! Excellent job, our back looks amazing. Highly recommend.
I wish I could give it 0 stars. This has been one of the worst pool experiences. I would never ever have this company. The first time they were here the said they needed to get 2 O-rings to fix the issue. I then got a bill for $387.00 because they needed to install a new impeller. They never told me I needed it and I never gave them permission to fix that. Friendly staff. Always have what we need to maintain our pool clean and are very helpful.
I was leaving to go on vacation in a day and My pool pump went out. I took it up there at 9 AM and they had it fixed within an hour and didn’t even charge me for labor. I ended up buying things in there just to make sure I paid it forward. Thank you
Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful! I love that they do free water testing weekly for us. We had to have our Polaris repaired and the cost was very reasonable!
