I just enjoyed sending this to the company this afternoon... I had an encounter with one of your employees at approximately at 4:45 this afternoon. My mom’s friend was scheduled to move in last week but things took an abrupt turn when things were not repaired as they were expected to be after completing a walkthrough. There’s a woman in the front office who is clearly on a power trip and probably racist. She’s condescending and just laughs when you talk about getting your money back. Lexi was great helping me with all of my issues , she’s made my stay here way more than worth the rent monthly ! She’s on top of everything and seems Like she really cares !!! Love it here because of her !!
ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL! SHADY! Wish 0 stars were available. They never answer their phones, follow-up on scheduling tours. I tried to schedule a tour three times with them via Zillow and their business phone number and they never responded. A friend of mine was effectively homeless for THREE WEEKS, sleeping on couches and in hotels because because they promised her unit would be ready in a timely manner, but kept pushing back the move-in date with no new date in sight!
