Lake outside when it rains, maintenance is a joke they halfa** fix things, can never get ahold of the office, pot holes all the time they try to fix but always come back, they don’t wanna put in the work and time to fix anything, had damages before we moved in and they wanted to blame us, went to city council code enforcement and still nothing, my suggestion don’t move in any of there complex’s there nasty people
I do like my duplex. I like the area. I dislike the way I am IGNORED by the company. Phones are NEVER answered. There phone system, in most cases, does not accept messages. Maintenance is unprofessionalally run and nearly non existant!
I'm currently living in one of the apartment complexes owned and "managed" by Pinnacle in Corydon. There is a tree that was partially fallen by a lightning strike, and it landed on top if three of our cars. Pinnacle provides a maintenance number, which consistently gets no answer, and has a full voicemail. If you rent from this company, do not expect to hear from them unless you owe them a penny, even on business days. No se los recomiendo. Son malisimos. Lo departamentos sucios. El servicio por parte de la administración y mantenimiento son malos y lentos. Para lo único que son buenos es para cobrarte la renta y quitarte casi todo tu deposito cuando terminas el contrato. No piensen que van a ahorrar porque cobran barato. Van a pagar más que un a apartamento más caro y van vivir como indigentes. No se renten ahí. Miren las calificaciones y los comentarios. No por gusto tienen tan bajo rating y tan malos comentarios.
