My mom’s friend was scheduled to move in last week but things took an abrupt turn when things were not repaired as they were expected to be after completing a walkthrough. ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL! SHADY! Wish 0 stars were available. They never answer their phones, follow-up on scheduling tours. I tried to schedule a tour three times with them via Zillow and their business phone number and they never responded. A friend of mine was effectively homeless for THREE WEEKS, sleeping on couches and in hotels because because they promised her unit would be ready in a timely manner, but kept pushing back the move-in date with no new date in sight! Lake outside when it rains, maintenance is a joke they halfa** fix things, can never get ahold of the office, pot holes all the time they try to fix but always come back, they don’t wanna put in the work and time to fix anything, had damages before we moved in and they wanted to blame us, went to city council code enforcement and still nothing, my suggestion don’t move in any of there complex’s there nasty people
I do like my duplex. I like the area. I dislike the way I am IGNORED by the company. Phones are NEVER answered. There phone system, in most cases, does not accept messages. Maintenance is unprofessionalally run and nearly non existant!
