After 2years of no jogging or running due to severe Achilles tendinitis pain, nothing else had worked. A conversation at golf led me to take a punt on something different. I must say, I was totally surprised that after the second session my pain was less and began going for 3km walks. Then after about 5 sessions I was back jogging, yay!! now feel I have an easy maintenance routine. Thank you so very much Matt for getting me back out jogging and running again.
