I Looooove this place!!! – I have been going to Michelle at the last salon she worked at for quite some time. I'd follow her anywhere. But this place is just amazing. The lighting in there isn't that harsh salon lighting... you sit in front of those lighted mirrors and really just feel beautiful. The staff all look really cool and stylish but there is absolutely no ego in this place at all. Everyone is friendly and funny. The complimentary wine helps. :) I highly recommend Michelle's updo's thought... She is truely an artist... read more

Vintage hair up for friends wedding rocked! – One of my friends had a retro style wedding last week and i was really stuck for ideas. I went from hair salon to hair salon trying to get inspiration but all i got was tried, old lady style hair ups (I'm 27 not 47 for god sake, stylists of midtown!) What a amazing cut and service! – I thought id try out Pimps' after reading about it in the NY post. I was a bit nervous as i haven't been to the hair dressers for a while. But Kenny, my stylist, was the nicest guy i have ever met. He listened to what i wanted and offered some cool ideas for me. I loved my cut (and so did my girlfriend!) For $70 dollars I thought i was getting away with a real deal. The music and atmos was amazing, and i got a free glass of some great red wine. I will be back soon!
