No patient care or understanding, they cut me off my pain meds after over ten years taking them. I found out later from my dr that it was illegal and I should report them. Despite me passing every drug test they talk to me like a criminal , won't return calls, and don't keep track of your refill date. They shorted me over 20 days worth of meds in the first 8 months, now after several years there they just illegally cut me off. If there is a single other option for you then I suggest you take it.

Very happy with my visits , doctors , and staff. Always courteous and quickly replies. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help me . They always find a way to hire the best employees . There customer service representatives are gems and I can’t thank them for all the hard work they do especially dealing with me I’m not the easiest person to deal with especially when I’m in pain.
Treatments and service are superb. I couldn’t be happier with the results of my procedures . To top it off staff are compassionate and really care. Very happy with my results.

I tried to work with Pima Pain Center for three months. They don’t return your calls. When they do, they give you the run around and you’re on the phone forever, then your told “she will call you back”, but they don’t. What I have to say to anyone considering going to them, check with a specialist first to make sure you don’t have anything serious, ask them to do an MRI., etc. If the specialist tells you a pain center can help you, great, but DON’T go to Pima Pain Center.
