I had been a patient at Pima Pain for approximately 3 years. When checking in for an appointment, I witnessed the receptionist belittling a patient. This male patient was there for a procedure, but was scheduled on a day when sedation was not available. This man was absolutely terrified of needles and stated that he needed sedation. I have never had such an issue going in for a simple prescription refill . Always a hour or longer wait just to get a script faxed . 2 x sent script to wrong pharmacy sent wrong script to right pharmacy said it was changed went back to pick up and it was never changed. She straight up had receptionist lie. I asked why she said she faxed it and she said she didn’t know would not come back out to talk to me . If I was about to really score them some very good but then there is a few that I would rate them -100% -F. Saw some of the reviews and not call people back over a severe reaction to medication that could have killed me.called the next day waited 2 days called back 2 days later still no call. Very happy with my doctors
This is a horrendous place to go for pain management. They have an Oriental female doctor who is absolutely disgusting in the way she sees patients and I have to wonder why in the world such a substandard doctor is put in that position!! She has no interest in patients, she only wants to schedule procedures, whether they work or not, to justify her useless position! What a disgusting place and doctor! Don't waste your time here! RUN!!!
Love these doctors love Pima pain center . They have helped me so much . Pain relief from injections were 100 percent . Can’t say enough about them . Thank you so much.
Cut me off after 10 years..no explanation except a patient advocate stating I was rude to staff and was late ..WHICH I WASN'T..! I am very happy to be with Pima Pain Center . Controlling pain can be the worse but with the help of Dr Annabi , Dr shiller , Dr Arefieg they are superstars. I applaud what they have done for me . Patient since 2014 and doing great! I hope I continue on this path for the sake of my health, and family. Being in pain can be so frustrating and debilitating .
