I go to the Pilot station all the time in Seymour, TN, on the corner of Chapman Hwy & Macon Lane, store #223. They need to paint a couple of giant yellow arrows in the striped lane leading customers into the car wash. People entering and exiting, especially exiting, think that is a divider line. It is a current hazard!! I can't tell you you the number of times I have been cussed or yelled at or flipped off just for trying to enter on my side from Macon Lane!! Come on Pilot, FIX IT!!!!!
It is a small but comfortable place with good service and above all very clean bathrooms, congratulations!
I always stop at this store when I head north or south. Always clean
For the amount of fuel purchased every month if the card reader at the pump messes up you should add the damn points at the register inside but too damn stupid to do it. So screw you
The customer service in the Pilot travel centers is great, they have nice showers as well. The only thing I would have liked to seen is a lil better offering of stuff like butter sour cream stuff for your trucks food wise. Awesome place, keep up the good work!
