The rent lady changed the password to get in the building usps cant even deliver mail now. She changed it to be petty and “punish” the residents all because of a toy. Lets not forget the broken gates and doors.

If this wasn’t prime location with all utilities included I would have broken my lease. While my apartment is nice, the building itself is disgusting! Bodily Fluids, dog poop and pee are constantly in the elevator. Dog poop on the sidewalks and grass, overflowing dumpster and smoke filled stairwells. I have renters insurance and nobody has figured out how to remove that on my account so I’ve been being charged since March. These people will harass every day to apply even when they know you won't qualify. Once you pay the fee, all of that help and understanding disappears and you get a denial letter and the name of ANOTHER company to dispute it. All she wanted was my application money. This is why the building is half empty.
