If this wasn’t prime location with all utilities included I would have broken my lease. While my apartment is nice, the building itself is disgusting! Bodily Fluids, dog poop and pee are constantly in the elevator. Dog poop on the sidewalks and grass, overflowing dumpster and smoke filled stairwells. I have renters insurance and nobody has figured out how to remove that on my account so I’ve been being charged since March. These people will harass every day to apply even when they know you won't qualify. Once you pay the fee, all of that help and understanding disappears and you get a denial letter and the name of ANOTHER company to dispute it. All she wanted was my application money. This is why the building is half empty.
I love my apartment and the vibe here is genuinely nice. The units are unique and it’s convenient that utilities are included in the rent. That’s a big plus. But my experience with management has been disappointing. Just one month in, I received a 5 day eviction notice even though I paid my rent in full and on time. The Assistant Property Manager personally helped me fill out the money orders and still allowed this to happen, the same person who signed my eviction notice. Moving in was easy. Kim got me set up right away with no issues. Kim was super helpful with getting me in my apartment and walking through everything with me. I love my apartment. I don't have any complaints. Property is well maintained.
