Working down the street from Pilot Pete's gives me the opportunity to eat here often and the food is always amazing. Today I received the best customer service from John than I ever expected. There was a small issue that happened as I was walking out and without getting into details I want to say that John went out of his way to give superior customer service above and beyond what any restaurant owner should have done! Server forgot some drink orders, food came out at different times, he forgot to bring sides and we had to return food for being cold. Nothing but the scenery was good about this place.
Had my son's Bday here, great food and awesome portions.
Last night I had the new meatloaf special, OMG it was fantastic, please keep it available
