I have to say thank you to Natalia (our bartender) and the staff at Pilot Pete's this busy "all you can eat fish fry" evening during Lent!! We stopped in tonight and expecting to wait and got on the waitlist. Fortunately, we spotted 2 seats at the bar and didn't have to wait 30-40 minutes after all. :) We were greeted by Natalia and handed menus and their daily specials. It was good, fun to there and see the planes. The people were nice.
Let me start out by saying if I could leave zero stars I would. This isn't the first time we have had a bad experience. But we thought we'd give them another chance. Today was hands down the worse service I've ever had in my life. We will never be going back. We waited 75mins to get a table when we were told 45 mins. I live in Gastonia, NC now, lived in Schaumburg for years and loved Pilot Petes!!! We have a small airport similar to Schaumburg, would love you to consider opening one here:)
