Overall great experience with Jerry and everyone at Pilot Floor Covering! We had LVP put in our entire house and the attention to detail throughout the house was great . The king showroom made it easy to choose the material and color for our floor. Would recommend them to anyone, no matter the size of the job.
We are extremely happy with our new kitchen flooring & backsplash! Everyone we dealt with were extremely helpful, considerate & honest. There was a minimal defect from the manufacturer & Mr. Jerry Millsaps, President of company had the defective flooring replaced shortly thereafter, no questions asked. The flooring not only looks great but is very easy to clean with minimal effort. We highly recommend Pilot Floor Covering!

I had a city of King sewage back up in to my home on November 11th. Flooded both bath rooms. I had to pull up carpet in both. Called Pilot Floor Covering to replace with laminate flooring. Zollie and the two young men he sent to do the work were great. They installed the new flooring with ease, expert installation, no hassel and did in a timely manner. I have dealt with Pilot Floor Covering several times over the past 20 years and I have always had an excellent experience. Last time we had carpet installed there was an issue with a color variation and Jerry took care of it no questions asked even when it was already installed. He had someone bring a new roll of carpet to the house the same day, and got it installed. I would highly recommend Pilot Floor Covering for all of your flooring projects.
When I choose my flooring, I was not told how hard it was to keep clean. In fact, it was the opposite and was told it was the easiest floor to clean. I am constantly cleaning this floor. The sales person was not informative at all. The manager did not help and also the owner of the store. My advice, run away from Pilot flooring. All they want is the money. They do not stand behind their product.
