Today pilot freight Services delivered my washer and dryer for Best Buy. William and Santiago were amazing. They showed up early, but not before calling to see if it was okay. They had the old unit out in the new unit in within 30 minutes. Machines are running and seemingly working great. Best Buy does not often impress. They just delivered the Fridge on behalf of Best Buy. There were some installation issues. And instead of working with us through them, they were rude, belligerent and reduced my wife to tears. Best Buy is doing their own brand reputation a great deal of harm working for them.
Pilot Freight Services drove past my place several times all day while I was waiting for delivery. Then I got a call from bestbuy that the "truck broke down" and they will not know when it can be delivered. I must now wait 72 hours. I will not be ordering from bestbuy again because of this. I like the company but they are using third party partners which are unacceptable and unprofessional.
