They shipped my package clearly labeled "Handle with Care" and a certain side up, upside down. They even set it on the ground upside down. When I mentioned that, the roughly flipped it over. They would not allow me to open the package to inspect for damage before signing a form that said I inspected it for damage and it was OK (doesn't make any sense). Do not trust them to ship packages as labelled. Only reason for 2 stars in that they were on-time and did communicate arrival time.
The worst freight/delivery company ever existed. Avoid at all costs. Negative stars.
Order from Bestbuy. They called ahead to say they were running about half an hour early and confirm the earlier time. Two guys, very polite and efficient. I’d noted in the delivery instructions that there was no elevator, which surprised them, but they just brought out proper lifting straps and got it up the stairs with no fuss, dings from rails, etc. Best delivery experience I’ve had at this address for large/heavy items.
