I was referred to Pilorum by a friend when I wanted to start transitioning to grey. Not only did Maggie and her team accommodate a FaceTime consultation, they were honest about what was and was not possible for my hair. I’ve never had such a consultative experience. had a wonderful 30 min facial consultation by eleanora. she was very informative with the products she was using and things she recommended for my skin. she also explained several options for my skin and she did not try to “oversell” me on every product and procedure the salon offers. very affordable products too. everyone in the salon was awesome and friendly. can’t wait for my next facial thank you!
Took my daughter for her amazing transformation and donation to wigs for kids! Nicole was fantastic and the entire experience was wonderful. I am so proud of my daughter for donating over 12 inches of her hair but more than anything the entire salon made it so comfortable for her during this huge change! The haircut turned out better than I could of ever expected!!! Thank you Pilorum Spa!!!
Not only did I get a great highlight and cut, but I actually had a great time! Maggie is super sweet, down to earth, and just a NICE person!! She let me book a little later appointment, and kept the shop open late to finish. Will definitely be going back there!!
Amazing experience this morning at Pilorum! Stephanie cut my hair - she was fantastic and gave me an excellent cut. She was personable and fun to talk to. Neil and Maggie, the owners were wonderful as well. I will definitely be back!
I brought my daughter for a haircut today and it was a wonderful experience! It’s a beautiful salon and the owners and staff could not have been nicer. My daughter has thick, wavy, often unruly hair and Eleonora gave her a beautiful cut! We will definitely be returning!
I drove all the way from Michigan to get my hair done at Pilorum Salon & Spa. Stephanie was the hairstylist who did my hair. She did this awesome thing called color melt and she gave me a stylist hair cut. This place is so friendly from the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by its owners Maggie & Neil, to the moment you leave. This is one trip I won't mind making to Illinois every 2 to 3 months. I love Pilorum. I recommend this place to all.
This was my first visit. Absolutely loved it! I received a facial from Elenora and a haircut from Stephanie. Both were AMAZING! I was nervous because I'm picky about who touches my hair, but I was put to ease as soon as I walked in the door. The atmosphere is very friendly and comfortable. I'm so happy I found my new salon!
