RecommendedMy daughter came home from college and was having some hair loss. She asked if she could go see Maggie and Neil to look and talk to her! It made me realize they are more then just a salon that does a fantastic job! They care about people, make people comfortable and are part of the community that they care about! It is a win, everyone at the salon does a fantastic job, but when you walk out looking good and feeling like family it is more then just outer beauty! Thank you for all that you do!
Sam always does a FANTASTIC job with my hair, no matter what I throw at her 😂 The salon is also super clean and I have felt safe going there during COVID-19. I have been very cautious about COVID-19 and Pilorum is one of the only indoor public places I’ve felt safe going to since the pandemic started. I have been going to Maggie for YEARS and now I've been seeing Samantha and they are both amazing! This last trip to get my hair done was my first in over a year and my first since COVID. I can honestly say I've never felt more comfortable in terms of safety. Upon arrival you can't just walk in, which helps with traffic coming in and out. Next they have you sign a waiver stating that to your knowledge you are not infected or have been experiencing symptoms. I’ve gone to Pilorum Salon pre and post pandemic. The salon is very careful from the point you arrive to checking your temperature before you step foot in. They have hand sanitizer on a table before you enter. They kindly escort you to wash your hands then have you sit more than 6 feet away from someone. Everyone wears masks. First and foremost they take strict Covid precaution and I felt safe stepping into their salon. Today was my first time coming to Pilorum and Silvana did such an amazing job! She was such a sweetheart and knows what she is doing. I came for a mommy make over hair cut and left very happy and satisfied haven’t felt this way in a very long time. Silvana is def my go to hair stylist thank you so much for such an amazing cut! Can’t wait for my color next appointment❤️
I loved the simple decor, all of the staff followed disinfecting protocols and were concerned about their safety and the clientele safety. Edy was my stylist, I had all over color, a few highlights and a cut. I highly recommend!
