100% recommend Pilo Arts to anyone and everyone. It's so easy to make appointments and it is a very friendly environment. It also doesn't hurt that Josie is the bomb and I can literally sit in the chair and feel comfortable knowing she understands what I want done!
I highly recommend Lilliana. I was referred to her by a friend and she was excellent. I felt comfortable the entire time I was there. She did an excellent job communicating her thoughts and matched my color perfectly.
