Disappointed – He came in and did a home inspection on our home. He put a whole in our popcorn ceiling in our kitchen. He returned to fix it by slapping some putty in it. He never sanded, repainted or replaced the popcorn. When we inquired about it he claimed the popcorn was already missing and that the ceiling was already rotted out. The fact that he used a plastic folder chair we had instead of a ladder may have something to do with it.
