I was able to speak with the inspector who visited my property the day after my review. He apologized if he caused problems and if the damage was caused by him. I sensed his empathy and sincerity, which is a hard skill to find in public-facing employees. Based on how PtP addressed my concerns, I am updating my review as it is deserved. Had a visit from Pillar to Post today to inspect our home for sale. Inspector apparently is the hulk and decided it was cool to yank on my new fan and break it.
