I am retired now but what seem long ago i was a realtor and thirty years in the home mortgage business. Kevin had a good reputation then and so naturally i contacted him for a home inspection for a home i was now purchasing. I went to his web site and indicated i needed an inspection. Inspector arrived on time as scheduled, all aspects of the inspection was very thorough and debrief very informative. Over all a pleasant and non stressful experience.
Aaron's professionalism and thoroughness were exactly what I was hoping for from Pillar to Post! Every inch of the home was looked over and then discussed in detail to ensure we understood the report, which was greatly appreciated. The printed out report along with the PDF versions are incredibly helpful!
