Gas line capped off in fireplace and replaced with 3 candles. Mold in the attic. Gas leak in the basement (inspector stated he has a poor sense of smell, ask his girlfriend).. I am not joking, exactly what his words were to us. Roof had 3 layers of shingles, rats, all attic access nailed shut, broken bricks on siding, tresses collapsing on roof, hot water heater, and Central air 25 years old, furnace 40 years old.
