So, this company did an inspection on my house I bought in Denver years ago. They missed a quarter size hole cored out in the line under the shower that was used to vent the water into the crawl space to make it look like it was draining correctly. Also, a piece of sheet metal was sealed on the shoot on the roof where condensation from hot water heater left the crawl space.
