great service and very timely; amending this review as 3 months into our home we discovered problems missed by this inspector: 1: major mold problem in crawlspace (required $11 remediation and encapsulation); 2: 3 window sills were rotted out (required $800 to repair); 3: HVAC x2 were replaced with in the 8 months due to malfunction and overgrowth with black mold. ** Would have expected a better and more thorough inspection.
