Just get the basic. Add sewer scope and termite inspection. This team is so awesome that's all you need. The extra stuff was a waste of money. Third party Bosscat - worthless for estimates in Amarillo. But the local team - WOW best inspection I've ever seen. Nothing is over looked. Joel did an awesome job. Spent HOURS inspecting every inch of everything.
