Craig was fantastic during the inspection. Detailed, incredibly thorough and realistic about challenges with the house. He ID'ed things we never would have and his work helped us outline objections in crystal clear terms, with evidence to back things up. He has also offered to give more of his time than he needed to, to insure everything was done right and we were comfortable. Incredibly grateful for Craig's work.
Craig is always friendly, punctual and comprehensive!
Craig did a great job on our home inspection. It was an older home that wasn't very well maintained, but he was super thorough and caught a lot of stuff that would be easily overlooked. He also just seems like a great guy and was really helpful in answering all of our questions and even helped us figure out how we should prioritize fixing things up. Would definitely recommend him to any of our friends and family!
Craig does solid, thorough work and is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend his services.
